Just Cruise Control, or Life control?
I've noticed a trend that hopefully I won't fall prey to, but...last year I saw so many girls talk about "I'm on cruise control, I wanna look good in a bathing suit for the cruise" that's awesome, but what good is it, if the day you got off the boat and every day after, you're shoving a burger down your throat. I AM NOT THROWING STONES. I am not a supermodel, super skinny chick. I never will be, and I dont want to be. Genetics gave me a badonk (if you don't know what a badonk is, please refer to Urban dictionary) and hips. I MYSELF AM A WORK IN PROGRESS. I am FINALLY getting on this damn boat, God willing, and decided instead of trying to do better JUST for the cruise, I just want to do better just because, well I aint gettin any younger, and I want to be around for my son.
Let me tell on myself real quick. I took my son to Waffle House this morning, and we each had a waffle, and split smothered and covered hashbrowns, BUT, for dinner..marinated chicken and shrimp salad. Jordan Knight said it best, it's all about balance. Or maybe he said, eat the pizza just not the WHOLE pizza. He said something like that. He says so much..it all starts to run together. ..whatever it was he said I appreciated him saying it.

Although, if i were to have the opportunity to go to the nkotb cruise, i would totally take the initiative to go on "cruise control." i totally want to sport a good body for the trip, and also for myself, health-wise. I hope for the 2013 cruise i'll be able to join y'all. I have no hopes for this year since i'm like 5 thousand something on the waitlist.

I gained weight during the summer that I need to lose and I'm worried I'll gain more during the holidays. :( So I'm contemplating Weight Watchers to motivate me into losing weight! ughh...we will see.
